What we need from people requesting our services:

• The Client needs to provide “knowthyhelper” with all the required information, about the person to be validated.
• Any person or employer who needs the validation services must call “knowthyhelper” at 011 833-5408.
• The Client must send a completed and signed copy of the validation contract to “knowthyhelper “, before any work can commence
• The employer shall keep details of all validation requests to “knowthyhelper”, strictly confidential.
• The Client undertakes to pay the Agency a registration fee of R200.
• The registration fee is valid for a period of six (6) 4 months after signing of the agreement.
•  The registration fee is non-refundable.

1. “Knowthyhelper” does not accept any responsibility and/ or liability in terms of any information or misrepresentation concerning the validation of the employee, nor shall they be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the validated person, resulting from any act or omission of an employee, whether intentional or through negligence.

Declaration:

• agree to pay the R200 registration fee, which I understand is not refundable.
• agree to pay the validation fee fee/rate, within the given times specified in the agreement.
• agree that I have read and have accepted all of the terms and conditions.
